Dixie Barry

Dixie comes from a 4th generation ranching family out of Northern Nevada where she grew up working alongside her parents and grandparents. She graduated high school with a Nevada State title under her belt that earned her a full ride scholarship to rodeo for the New Mexico State University rodeo team. From there, she went on to win the Grand Canyon Region title and made her rounds to Casper, Wyoming to the College National Finals Rodeo 3 times in her college rodeo career. She graduated N.M.S.U. with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, minoring in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. After graduating, Dixie and her college sweetheart, Kurtis Barry, eventually moved to the Treasure Valley, where they got married and bought an old farmhouse with acreage. They both hold careers in the Ag business field, they still enjoy roping and rodeo and hope to one-day build a 5th generation “herd.”
